Non Denominational Christian based organization offering the following sports to individuals of any or no religious affiliation in the communities of Hamilton and Halton. Each event has a half-time motivational message:
* Children, youth and adult hockey: 4 yrs & older
* Children, youth and adult soccer: 4 yrs & older (Hamilton West, Ancaster, Dundas & Waterdown)
* Hess Street Gym Night (Hamilton West): free drop-in program for students in grades 5 – 8 at Hess St School
* Adult flag-football: High School age and older
* Adult slo-pitch: High School age and older
* Adult Indoor Soccer: High school age and older
