I was a little skeptical of ordering from this store just based on the reviews and the fact that it was costing alot of money if I wasnt going to get what I wanted. We ordered personalized shot glasses for our wedding aswel as personalized napkins they turned out beautiful. The designer emailed me a picture of what our shoot glass would look like with our names on it and I wasn’t completely satisfied with it. So the designer worked with me until I was completely satisfied. Our shot glasses and napkins arrived in about 2 weeks all wrapped up perfectly none were broken. I don’t often write reviews, but I was compelled to leave one for this company after numerous attempts to speak with the manager regarding an issue I had. I ordered a set of glasses to be printed. When I asked 2 weeks later in regards to the status, my response was that it takes 3 weeks to produce — fair enough. When I followed up 3 weeks later, they informed me that they did not process the order because they would not meet the deadline. They told me they attempted to call me and email me. I did not receive a voicemail nor could they provide me with a copy of the email that was sent to me. When I asked to speak to the manager, the employee told me she would forward him my comment and that he was out of the office. If they had no intention of producing the order, why did I have to follow up several times for a refund? I was absolutely disappointed with the service(or lack there of) with this company. I do not recommend them at all as they have been proven to be unreliable.

Dealing with this company is a nightmare. I ordered personalized sunglasses on May 3 for my wedding in August. I was called soon after and informed that they were on back order until May 18. I got another call in June 15 telling me that the glasses were still on back order until the end of the month. I asked to have the order cancelled, and I was told that they could only issue store credit. I filed a PayPal dispute which they declined, and said that it was over 60 days so they couldn’t do a refund. It had, in fact, only been 45 days, but even if it was 60 days I should have been issued a refund since they didn’t deliver what I was expecting within a reasonable time frame. I escalated the PayPal dispute to a claim, and finally got my money back. I also ordered personalized shot glasses — when I received them, the personalization already had scratches on multiple glasses. The entire image could be easily wiped off — do not expect to ever re-use these personalized glasses — you might as well paint them yourself with acrylic paint. I asked to return them for a refund and again was denied. So, I filed a PayPal dispute, which they again declined. I escalated it to a claim which is being reviewed. They offered to re-print — but what would I do with over 60 poor quality shot glasses? I don’t want new ones. I want to send them back, get my money back, and be done with the horrid company. Their customer service skills are some of the worst that I have seen. I would avoid this company at all costs.

Buyer Beware! I purchase picture frames for My daughter’s communion on Wed March 25. I logged on later that evening and saw that the status of my order still said processing. So I emailed to see if there was a problem. I never heard back. I emailed a second time the next day and the owner Gary, replied that my order was due in the next day Friday March 26 and that transit time to me is 1 – 2 days. This is when I found out that the store actually did not stock! So I call on the Friday to confirm that my picture frames arrived and Skylar told me that the owners email was incorrect and that they were placing the order to the supplier today. She confirmed my even date was April 3(which I put a week earlier just so I had the products in time). and that they may not get it in time. I said the actual date is April 12 and so she said ok we will order it then. I said to her when will it come in? She said Thursday. So on Thursday April 2 I call and Skylar picks up the phone and says the order just arrived and that the owner was literally going through the box and that she guarantee’s she will call or email me back. She never called nor emailed(Friday was a holiday-good Friday). Over the weekend I left a message saying I was not impressed that I didn’t receive a reply regarding my order. So no one calls me Monday April 6 so I call in. Skylar told me that she couldn’t call me back because the store was busy. I then asked her about my order and her reply was, the owner is just going through the order now. I said to her, that is what you told me Thursday. So Gary starts talking in the back, she puts me on hold without asking or even telling me and then comes back and says the supplier shipped the heart in two hearts frame in error and that they order it again and should be in by Thursday April 9(3 days from my event and that does not include shipping time to me in Ontario). I said if you order them and get them on Thursday when will I get them and she said ‘hopefully Friday” and I said well my event is on Sunday so if they don’t show Friday then what? She said for me to look on their website to see if there was any other frames I was interested in should they not arrive. I was very hesitant on doing that because I wanted what I chose. I said, there are so many frames on there I don’t want to waste my time. So she said she would call me with which ones they have in stock. So she called me back and said they have two hearts in one frame(a wedding frame) that they actually have 8 of. I said obviously because those are the frames that were shipped to you in error that you want to sell to me! I said, I want the frames I ordered will they get here in time. So then she tells me that the owner called the supplier and they don’t have any, that they have to order from the manufacturer. So I asked for my money back. I left a review on their facebook page which they delete and I asked the owner to send me proof that a credit was processed by the credit card company and he replied to my email saying that he see’s im upset and then gave all the wrong dates regarding this order, that they tried to help me which they didn’t and that if used certain language or threats will not be answered. I never swore, nor threatened at all, I copied the Better Business Bureau on my email to him and did this because I had not received my credit and he would not show me confirmation from Paypal or their payment processor that a credit was issued. I replied to him saying that I do have all the emails regarding this order and lack of professionalism and how they ruined my plans for my daughter’s communion and that I could not understand how they stay in business when they do this to their customers. That my emails which I will forward to the BBB will show exactly what took place. Be very weary dealing with this company. I clearly am not the only person who had a problem with them and there is an actual complaint lodged with the BBB regarding their not in stock items and their terrible service and shipping. As I type this, those frames are still listed on their website for sale even knowing they don’t have any in stock and that their distributor does not have the frames and will need to order from the manufacturer if their able to.

This place is amazing! I could seriously spend hours shopping around and looking thru everything! The staff is great and super knowledgable! I sat and chit chatted with one of the girls about my upcoming wedding and she was generally interested and had great input and ideas! They have everything for your wedding needs! Some things are a little pricey, but their selection can’t be beat!
