Established in 2008.

Owned and operated by Frank Gilners, Paramount Handyman was formed in 2008 following a lengthy career with a major Canadian telecom company. A life-​long handyman, Frank pooled his extensive home repair knowledge and experience with project management skills developed over his career. The result is a professional approach to estimating and executing projects that meets the unique requirements of each client. Paramount Handyman specializes in those small to mid-​sized jobs homeowners and businesses don’t have the time, or tools to complete on their own. From the floor to the ceiling and everything in between, no job is too small.
