Hamilton Guesthouse is Hamilton, Ontario’s first — and only — backpackers’ hostel. We provide clean, comfortable and affordable accommodation for tourists and a friendly, informal environment.
History
Established in 2010.
We opened in a small location in September 2010, and in 2012 moved to our current home, the William Pring House, which is larger and closer to downtown Hamilton.

Business Owner
Tanya and Tim Ritchie are the owners and managers of Hamilton Guesthouse. We are fortunate to have wonderful staff who work tirelessly for our HGH guests. Tim works full time at another job, so it’s usually Tanya you will talk to on the phone and who will respond to your emails.
