I went in around lunch on August 26th.
Awful customer service. Felt like I was a nuisance to the employees working. They argued about who was going to help me because they didn’t want to. The first guy told me they didn’t have my size and then the second one found them later. It was just a very awkward unfriendly experience.
I wouldn’t recommend.

Flatspot is a great place to get all things street wear, skateboarding and much more. The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable and Im glad to see it grow from the small shop it was to what it is now.
The thing that makes Flatspot amazing is the laid back feeling of the store, it isn’t your usual retail space because it feels like you’re entering a home. You may not know anyone there but they all want to help you and theres no pressure to buy anything. I bring this up because when I first visited the store, I was quite intimidated entering a pure skate shop operated by real skaters, but the guys were really nice and let me walk around and no question was ever too silly.
Flatspot I believe is one of the very very few stores in SWO to carry limited edition Nike SB and Vans. They also host great launch parties and skate events.
