Caribbean Flavah is the passion of chef owner Denry George, specializing in tasty meals including Jerk Chicken, Curry Chicken, Roti, Eggplant and Pumpkin veggie dishes bringing you a unique islands style cuisine!

History

Established in 2015.

Caribbean Flavah started by catering summer events and festivals like Caribana Parade and Afrofest just to name a few, serving all across Ontario since 2002. After so many positive feedback over the years about the food on the road and lot’s of work and dedication Oshawa and Hamilton are the first restaurants to open in 2015.

Business Owner

Chef owner Denry George wants to share all the authentic caribbean dishes he grew up on back home in Trinidad. In Toronto he first took his passion on the road perfecting his craft and approach ultimately bringing his own flavour to every meal. Also no stranger to the steel pan drums Denry will continue to embody the vibe of his roots while reinventing them through Caribbean Flavah.
