Recently bought bluetooth item which I wanted to return 2 hrs later, simply didn’t like the unit. I found out that as soon as the box is open (which I did, just to check the unit out) there is no returns because of the «sanitary reasons». This policy is non-​existent in major competitors’ places like BestBuy, FutureShop, or any other I asked.
Canada Computers — your return policy stinks, and because of such terrible ‘sanitary’ situation — I’ll never shop at your place again.
