This place is amazing! I love the flavors, play on words in their creations descriptions, and the quality and care put into their cupcakes is top notch! You can tell these cupcakes are made from scratch and with real ingredients. Their pumpkin cheesecake cupcake is to die for! I will continue to go back!

Incredible flavours and options. Customer service is excellent and the quality of the cupcake cannot be beat. Best cupcakes in Hamilton for sure! Just wish they didn’t always sell out before their store hours which can be super frustrating. Something you must try for sure. We don’t go anywhere else!

4 stars: Great customer service, the staff/owners are really friendly and helpful. My friend and I occasionally go there from walks at lunch and they have amazing selections daily. They all look so appetizing, it’s really hard to choose! Today, they had a booth set up at St. Joe’s and offered us both a cupcake when we didn’t have money on us. Super nice of them, will definitely tell our coworkers about them! Deducted 1 star from the price. $ 3 per cupcake is just too excessive imo.

3 dollar one cupcake, I think it’s somehow expensive. That’s why I always suggest Ranya open a bakery.

They look amazing! Problem is they don’t taste as good as they look. Dry cake and icing just ok. Went twice, disappointed both times . Out in Stoney Creek there is a place that’s AMAZING! It’s called Beyond the Batter. If you want a delicious moist cake with icing that never stops short on texture flavour and taste, that’s the place to go. It’s worth the drive.

Locke St. is Hamilton’s version of Toronto’s Queen street. By convention, a cupcake shop is required. Bitten is your goto place. I can’t say I was smitten by Bitten. Out that way, I’m given to Vanessa’s cupcakes( ). Toronto way, I’m given to Prairie Girl Bakery’s super-sized cupcakes. Bitten does, however, offer enticing presentation. The outside draws you in. Ms. Brooks Brothers highly appreciated the stroller parking area just inside the doors. The packaging and toppings all present great eye candy. The icing is amazing but the cake part itself was a bit of a «meh» to me. But then again, the appeal of cupcakes is all about the presentation and the foo foo appeal. Bitten has the right, in spades.
