Rachel Devine graduated from the Aesthetics and Makeup Artistry Program in 2003. Since opening Aesthetics by Rachel, she has won 15 Hamilton Reader’s Choice Awards and 3 Bride’s Choice Awards. In 2015, Rachel launched her own 100% completely natural skin care line, called R Devine Skin Care.

After reading reviews, I had high expectations.
I waited in the lobby for my appointment & 5 mins after my scheduled appointment, I overheard the client ask Rachel if she had time to perform an additional treatment. She gladly obliged her despite knowing she had a client waiting.
When Rachel was finished, she entered the waiting area where myself and another client were waiting, she asked «Who was here first?». I had a scheduled appointment, I expected to be called in by name as it appeared on her schedule.
As a first time client, I expected her to introduce herself and welcome me to her spa. Instead I introduced myself, while she wiped down the dirty waxing table from the previous client.
My treatment was rushed with absolutely no attention to detail on Rachel’s part. The treatment ended abruptly and I wasn’t thanked for my business as I was leaving. Needless to say, I won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend this business.
