Extremely unprofessional and idiotic If you value your time and money, do not go to this barn. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had after being in this industry for over 12 years. I booked a 5-lesson package with these guys more than a month in advance(as I was coming in from another country), and clarified that I was interested in individual lessons focusing on flatwork in order to get my riding seat back in the most efficient manner(as I have been out of the saddle for 2 years). I came for an introductory assessment lesson as they requested, a month in advance, as well. What happened when it came to actually following up with my 5 lessons? I reached out to them 1.5 weeks in advance once again, to confirm the exact days and times. Nobody answered my email. At all. Not until I followed up again 5 days later. When they did get back to me, it turned out that they now couldn’t do the 5 lessons they had originally agreed to, and that I was now down to 3. No heads up, no nothing. I finally show up on the scheduled day for my first out of the 3 lessons. Surprise, surprise, the private lesson has now been transformed into a beginner group lesson, focusing on cross-rails. And the horse that I was supposed to ride was just jumped in an hour long lesson right before. Again, no heads up about the change of plans and horse availability. When I asked about whether the price was any different for a group lesson vs. a private lesson, they said no, prices are the same for all lessons. After riding for over 12 years in 6 countries, I have never experienced such disrespectful and unprofessional conduct within the equestrian community. This barn is «managed» by unprofessional amateurs in their early 20s who lack the essential knowledge of basic customer service and respect. DONOTWASTEYOURTIMEANDMONEY.
