Tim Hortons

Let’s start with the terrible parking lot layout. It’s just awful. Maybe for the people who come here on a regular basis, this makes sense but every time I’ve been here I’ve watched in horror as people nearly collide. And for pedestrians? Even worse. Despite the generous seating area, this place seems clearly designed for drive-​thru customers primarily.
There is an advantage in that this place is connected to a Wendy’s so if you want a full meal and your friend just wants a snack, you can both be accommodated. Somehow this joint venture has resulted in cleaner-​than-​average bathrooms which is… nice?
Other than that, average Tim Hortons fair and service. I will credit this location for doing an okay job at their busiest times of day but when it’s not very busy they seem to flip completely and go at their own pace (not the customer’s).

They only take Mastercard. No Visa, American Express, or Discovercard.
The staff here are also sloppy, slow, and lazy. They messed up the order but luckily they also didn’t properly make it a to-​go order so we could see the error and have it fixed along with the requesting they make it to-​go this time like we asked.
As we were gathering our things to leave I overheard one staff member tell the other 3 members what they should be doing if they weren’t filling orders such as cleaning things and prepping boxes.
The cashier thought if you used the debit card option you could use a non-​Mastercard, but this cashier was totally wrong. You can use a Mastercard credit or debit card but not anything else.
