History

Established in 1997.

You may recognize us as Pegasus Used CDs & Collectibles, however we have decided to improve our business and embrace the technology that is at our fingertips. Now known as Retro Revolution Records, we have recently launched a website giving you up-to-date stock, therefore instead of requesting lists you will be able to find everything through the website. In addition we will also have email newsletters updating you on our stock and anything new with Retro Revolution Records!

But don’t worry we are still locally owned and operated in the Maritimes since 1997. Selling both locally and online. (located in Halifax, Nova Scotia)

Meet the Business Owner

Roland A.

Business Owner

40 years of collecting and appreciating music, through Vinyl Lps, eventually led to amassing a large inventory of several genres of music. 30 years ago I started to buy large collections to get the records that I anxiously sought after. The remainder I started to sell to support my habits. I spent a number of years buying, trading and selling Vinyl in Finland, Denmark, Sweden & Germany, to get the rarer Imports. I made a lot of friends and contacts that convinced me that I should be a Record Dealer. Then 20 years ago, I started selling at the local markets. Sharing great music with a lot of new customers. I did this for 14 years and found that the markets just weren’t offering me the opportunity to grow. Now after 18 years as a dealer on the internet, I have an enormous customer base across Canada and the US.

My business stems from a lifelong passion for music and music. And I have been more than fortunate to say that I’ve made a good living enjoying and sharing it with others
