Fluffy Bottom Babies

They messed up my order by sending it to the wrong person and their singular item to me of some new exclusive diapers and bags. Not the worst thing, accidents happen. The fact that I was lucky if I got a response within a week and/​or multiple attempts any time I reached out to correct the issue wasn’t too awesome and the over three months that ensued.
The owner, Ivy, offered a small apology for the mixup when she did respond. She offered to replace the items, though I’d have to wait until some came in about 2 weeks, but she’d let me know. About 2 weeks with no response, I message again. The item will be in soon. Another two weeks, with no response and messaging. It should be soon… Just give me a straight answer and reach out to me with it. Don’t make me have to constantly remind you to rectify the error you made and I literally paid for.
Attempting to make a long story at least mildly less, it took over three months to complete my order and I had to constantly go out of my way to contact them to receive any kind of correspondence and actually receive my items. With little apology offered other than actually sending me the items I paid for over the span of three months, I will never do business with them again if this is the experience you receive should something go wrong.

Very helpful and informative. Answer all your questions and you never feel like you are being rushed or a nuisance like at another store that is a short distance from FBB. The only cloth/​baby store I go to

very poor online business practices;
website takes transaction, accepts promo code for discount, charges credit card.
Company then emails demanding extra money — saying discount promo code should not have been accepted.
Instead of full refund if customer declines their «counter» offer (which breaks their original enticement to but) they demand a «restocking charge» on something they never shipped (in fact they never even processed the order !)
Deceptive. Wrong. Completely unacceptable.
They broke it … they should fix it.
Stay away from this one… there are many great small business to shop at… go find an alternative!

I had a less than pleasant experience here when I stopped by on a Saturday morning in search of an item. Apparently there is a mom and baby group that meets here Saturday morning, which is great for the moms, but not if you are a customer who would like to purchase something. Nobody greeted me when I entered the store, and since there were several people standing around chatting I had to awkwardly shuffle around them, excusing myself, while searching for the item I wanted. Nobody offered any help. After a few minutes of awkward searching, I found what I was looking for and then attempted to find someone who could ring up my purchase. One of the moms from the group pointed out someone who worked there, and I had to wait for a lull in her conversation to ask if I could have my purchase rung up. She seemed reluctant to leave her conversation. I won’t be going back here, and I’d suggest any prospective customers avoid Saturday morning. If the owners find it difficult to run the baby group and the store at the same time I’d suggest closing the store to customers while the group meets.

I had a great experience when I popped in here on a Sunday afternoon about 10 minutes before closing. As soon as we asked if they were closing soon, the owner quickly said not to worry about it and that she would stay open for us as long as we liked. I was interested in buying an Ergo carrier and the two ladies working there were so helpful in telling me all about them, the pros and cons and comparing them with other brands. I left with one in hand (that I got for a great sale price!) and will happily go back. The store is small, but has a really good selection of cloth diapers and other baby items. They also have a play area for little ones. It’s worth going in for a look and if you need some assistance with a specialty item.
