Hyper Promotions

I’m giving this company 2 stars instead of 1 because I haven’t actually used their services (not for lack of trying), and I don’t like giving out a 1 star rating without having done so.
I contacted Hyper Promotions based on a Twitter recommendation. Their website leaves a LOT to be desired, but once I found what I was looking for, I emailed them for information on cost and availability. No response. A day or two later, I called and left a voicemail. No response. I found a different phone number and email address on the contact page, so I tried those too. Nothing. And then days later, I sent one more email and listed all the ways I had tried to contact them. I finally got a one line terse response saying the item I was looking to rent is no longer available. So with trepidation, I replied asking for information on a couple other items listed on the website. Several days have gone by with no response.
Also, my friend called to ask about pricing, not realizing I had already tried to contact them, and she never got a response.
Laughably, we got a promo fax from them today at the office. Why bother advertising (and seriously — a fax promo?) if you’re not going to bother responding to inquiries from people who clearly want to use your services?
