We used Mike the Mover in December to move items from my mom’s retirement home to a storage locker. The men were amazing. Extremely professional and helpful. They suggested ways to wrap the furniture that would be good for long term storage as well as the initial move. They were fast and efficient as well as friendly and helpful.
Subsequently, my brother used them to move items from Guelph to Oregon. The items were there in a week and they touched base every day to let them know the status.
I would have no issues using them again and in recommending them.

Easy local 1 bdrm move. Should have taken 2 – 3 hrs, but movers worked very slowly and stretched it into 4 hours. They even enjoyed 2 – 20 minute breaks during the move. The client had to carry many items to get their pace to increase, and one guy said «Wow, you work faster than most of our guys!».
Billing was off also; they charged an extra $ 40 supposedly for shrinkwrap on the truck (wasn’t used).
Some items were damaged. Would not recommend, unless you like lazy movers that overbill, damage stuff, and like smoke-​breaks on your time.
