I love this place more and more. I’m in almost weekly.
The food is always great and fresh to order.
A fantastic intro to Afghan cuisine, and wonderful pizza too.
I first reviewed it six months ago and my opinion has only increased.

If you want something different and can handle some spice (for most Canadian pallets). I would recommend stopping by.
If that doesn’t float your boat they also make good pizza.
If they have a daily special try it before you buy but I’ve always enjoyed them.

The owner Wali is a gem. Such a pleasant and genuinely nice guy to deal with. Staff are very warm and welcoming and overall a very clean place. The bbq skewers are unbelievably delicious and everything is freshly prepared with tremendous flavours. I always get the qabuli rice (sweet raisins and fried shredded carrots) with barg (tenderloin beef — the best part of the entire cow) and chicken breast skewers which are amazing:) They also have beef and chicken shawarma beautifully spiced and delicious. And if your lucky every Thursday he makes the best Chili Soup I have ever had. Its family run and really special to have in Guelph especially as one of the very few Halal restaurants.
