I wouldn’t even give this one a one star.
We got a notice and were cut off immediately after being with this company for decades. This is office we were dealing with for years that cut us off. There was no notice until a week before.
They refused our claim for water damage stating it was not covered in any way at all!
I know insurance companies are basically scams, but this one took the cake.
The woman who showed up to see the damage indicated clearly that it was not covered if its new or old, and it’s not covered if its natural causes or our fault.
So basically we are not covered for anything. Thank goodness the water damage was not fire or something…
