Otimo Brazilian Style Cheese Puffs

I tried a sample of their cheese puffs at the Hawker’s Market this weekend. I love these little balls of goodness. I’ve been on a cheese puff kick lately (this year actually). Sadly these taste like any other cheese balls that I’ve tried all over town. There is nothing that sets them apart from everyone else. They do offer pre-​baked and frozen ones (for those who like that fresh out of the oven taste and feel). They sold singles at the Market 4 = $ 3 which is better than some of the other prices that I’ve seen around town. They need to do a little more to stand out from the pact like making different flavor combinations beyond the obvious. It takes a lot of ambition to go from Kitchen to a business and for this I admire them for it… they just now take it up another notch. The cheese balls were cooked to perfection and are highly addicting.
