I’ve been here a few times when visiting some friends who are in and around the UBC area. This mall has a bit of everything catered toward students, however, you will notice that some shops have a slight inflation to corner the market and for convenience. The good thing is that during the day(class time) it’s pretty much a ghost town. Most shops have Wifi which is helpful.

It’s a little strip mall on UBC campus. It’s a good place to get your basics from school supplies and electronics(Staples), food(Only U Café, Pita Pit, Omio Japan Restaurant, and Vera’s Burger Shack), drinks(Starbucks and Pearl Fever Tea House) and groceries(Granville Island Produce). It’s rarely crowded with students, so it has a nice laid back feel to it.
