I really enjoyed the flame broiled hamburgers and homemade ice cream. I will not hesitate to recommend Best’s to anyone looking for casual dinning. It has a huge patio and good size indoor dinning room. The service was fast, friendly, and we were greeted with a smile. I’m not sure what one of the other reviewers ordered when he/​she said the quality seemed to be from a box. Our party couldn’t stop raving about the burgers and a large selection of ice cream was made in store. I will definitely be returning next time I am in Grand Bend.

Best’s looks like it’s been here forever, in a good way. It’s a great piece of nostalgia even for me, though I wasn’t around in the 1950’s. The breakfast is decent for a greasy spoon. The food isn’t anything special. The homefries look like they come from a bag, but they are deep fried and crispy, which is a-​ok with me. Just a small tip, the breakfast meat can be replaced with tomatoes or fruit in any of the breakfast platters. If you are looking for a place that isn’t so busy that you feel like you have to fight for a spot and you just want a filling no frills breakfast, then come to Best’s. They have a huge selection of ice creams that looked great, but maybe not at 10am.
