Not much healthy selection on the menu. I ordered the chowder and other than the chunks of fresh lobster on top, I was fairly disappointed. It was bland and chunky looking — I wasn’t able to eat much more than a few bites. Other reviewers seem to have really liked the chowder, so perhaps I’m just used to a different style. Staff is not overly warm or friendly at first, but got a bit better as the meal went on. At least my son’s waffle fries looked okay :)

Super-stunned at the delicious breakfast wrap I just got from this place! The staff is charming & very customer-oriented. Our flight was delayed 2 hours, & they fed us well & kept giving me fresh coffee!(Seattle’s Best, even!) Thanks, Aimee, for being so personable & helpful!

Do NOT stop here if you don’t have a LOT of time. I waited 30 minutes for a bowl of seafood chowder. I noted others also waiting a considerable amount of time. Two servers, one rushed cook. Better organization might help although business was brisk and another cook would certainly help. The chowder was fine — about $ 11 for a large bowl with plenty of seafood. The soup appeared to be a potato base with the seafood added on top. So it was probably already prepared and it seems it shouldn’t have taken so long. However it included shrimp, lobster and possibly haddock and scallops, so I was glad for one last seafood fix before leaving town.

I seldom rate one star but this place is the exception. I ordered a standard breakfast. it came out moments later with scrambled eggs, toast, fried potato disks and bacon. the soft bacon was cold, as was the fried potatoes. the eggs and toast were freshly cooked. I am just imagining a vat of raw eggs in the back along with a pile of precooked bacon and potatoes waiting for the orders. staff was cold as well. when I arrived she was sitting at a table with a colleague. I smiled and said good morning. I relaxed and let her know I was in no hurry. when she came over, I said«I didn’t want to rush you through your breakfast». she coldly responded«that was a break». .. sorrry. eat before coming into this captive area.

Try the seafood chowder. Lots of seafood in there. They have small shrimps, scallops, and lobster meat. Good value.

People were nice, service was quick, they had a couple types of local beer, but the couple food items I had were terrible.
