2 years ago I bought enough stuff to fill a house being built. Lamps, light fixtures, an entire kitchen, flooring, 2 bathrooms, the whole deal. They staff was more then helpful, they swung every deal possible, they completely were down to earth and the women that helped me design my kitchen was amazing! I had brought my then young child to every appointment and outing to this store and everyone was more then patient.

I was looking for patio furniture and I noticed Rona had quite a selection online. I called to confirm that the unit I wanted was available and I was put on hold for a while then eventually put through to a line that nobody picked up.
I tried calling back and was put on hold immediately and then finally put through. I got good service once I finally reached the dept. I needed to talk to, but it was like jumping through hoops trying to inquire about something I wanted to buy from their store!
Overall Rona has a great selection of patio furniture and the one I’m getting was on for a great price! But I’m mostly posting this in the hopes that mngt sees it and improves their phone system.

Review of the garden centre 2011 only.
So-​so collection of veggies — 10,000 pots of the same 6 varieties of tomatoes. Annuals are not bad. Seed selection dismal. No arugula. Best deal is a ton of nice looking perennials in 3″ pots for $ 2.50. Huge selection, very healthy. For a wide selection of all kinds of plants in great condition, I prefer Ritchie’s but it tends to be more expensive than the chain stores.
