Walked in with an order from my kids and friends of 3 large pizzas of different types. The staff was very helpful and offered me the appropriate combination of deals to my benefit.

The worst service you can ever get in any pizza restaurant in Canada. They’re super unprofessional.
I forgot my wallet and tried to use my digital wallet (which I used many times before) but they didn’t know how to use it. So they ask me to pay with my actual VISA. I asked them if I can take the pizza home and bring the money later specially that I’m a regular customer and they know me by name, they said NO. I told them that I’m gonna go home and get my wallet but I’m gonna need a new pizza since itms gonna take me about another 25 minutes, they told me NO you’re getting THIS pizza. So I just left and went to eat in a different place.
I can’t believe how can they run a business like this, loosing a regular customer just because they can’t trust a customer with a one pizza and they are too cheap to make another.
