Dairy Queen

This place just opened up a couple months ago and business is booming. I’ve already been here countless times just for the ice cream cakes.
The food is typical DQ quality and they have the FULL selection of blizzards. I personally like the cheesequake blizzard and the bacon cheese or flamethrower grillburgers. There’s a great assortment of ice cream cakes too. There’s lots of seating indoors and out and parking is really convenient.
The staff consists of mostly high school students; Although they are pretty nice, they are still inexperienced and take longer than your usual DQ. Wait times are also increased at the cash since the cashier delivers food to tables as well.
This place is convenient to most of the residents living closeby. Treats are fantastic and service is decent. Goodbye waistline hello DQ!

This DQ is located in a new mall complex in this area. You can’t miss it, it’s been under construction for what feels like a couple of months and has sprouted an LCBO, a DQ, a lebanese store and a yoga studio among other things.
This DQ/​Orange Julius offers a great menu. You won’t find all the shakes/​ice cream specials but the burger menu is great and the location has a lot of seating (we all know some DQs have none).
But service is terrible. the staff is young and inexperienced (new location, everyone either in training or huddled in some corner chit chatting). I’m sure they’ll work out the kinks soon but maybe give it a few weeks before you show up.
I RECOMMEND: The Flamethrower. Best fast-​food joint burger I’ve had in a while.
