Hey I’m Jen!

I’m human, just like you. I’m not perfect and I make mistakes. I feel stuck from time to time, but then remember I have the capabilities to get un-​stuck. We, as humans, have the incredible ability to expand our minds and visions and leave behind any limiting thoughts, beliefs or old habit systems that hold us back from the life we desire. In a nutshell, that’s what I do. Next, besides the real life education I obtained through travel, I went back to school to further my knowledge. I am a Life Coach, Personal Trainer, Psychology Student, Business Owner, recovered perfectionist (amongst many other things!) and people lover. I don’t bite and I genuinely want to help you.
