Café by day serving a great selection of light breakfast and lunch options and of course offering Georgetown’s BEST coffee! By night (After 5pm Tuesday to Saturday) we transform into a Tapas/Wine bar, offering a fabulous selection of shared plates and wine pairings to satisfy the most discerning of palates. We also offer LIVE MUSIC starting at 8pm from Thursday to Saturday!

Coming from the West Coast of Canada (Whistler, BC) in early March of 2013 Michael and his fiancé Gene Cairns took over the operations at this small town café. Utilizing many years of experience in the service industry Gene and Mike have brought a fresh take on the «Café/Wine bar» concept to Georgetown. We love good food, service and enjoying time with close friends and hope that this establishment will offer a place for everyone local and visiting to enjoy the same!

I visit Georgetown every so often when I am in the GTA from New York. I was surprised and delighted when I visited recently and seen all the changes the Bonaldo/Willis team have made to the café/bistro. I had my first 4 course meal there one night with family and friends and it was not only an enjoyable and comfortable atmosphere but the food was delicious and the wine was flowing. I love how silvercreek changes from comfy, cozy café during the day to beautiful, elegant, quaint bistro/wine bar at night. It’s everything you could be looking for in the heart of lovely georgetown. I love that it is a family run business, and that everyone in the family is involved not only on the business end, but the customer service end as well. It is really comforting walking in time and time again and being greeted by smiling familiar faces, who are happy to be serving the community. If you haven’t checked out the bistro on Friday nights for Java jam or Saturdays for live music, you are really missing out. I suggest everyone take a minute and pop in and experience all I have had the pleasure of over the past year. Cheers! Xo

We have been frequenting Silvercreek for a while now, but they just got their license and have done an amazing job. Went to the opening last weekend and ended up going again Friday night — the butter chicken pizza is fantastic :)
Good food, nice wine selection and they had a local guitar player too. Give it a try!

Now that there is a full liquor license — this place is even better than before. We went to the grand opening party last night and were impressed with the food, service, and wine selection. Definitely stop by for drinks and a light meal — it will be worth your time.

Silvercreek has a great atmosphere. Most of their coffee is Fair Trade Organic and is delicious! They have «small bites» to eat including delicious cookies and danishes as well as a selection of sandwiches and paninis. I love coming here with my baby daughter. I always feel very welcome by the staff especially by the owner. It’s my favorite place to go in Georgetown!
