Went to the one on St Joseph, off blvd allumetieres. I have never seen so many types of sausage! Each one I’ve tried was very good. The turkey blueberry and Brie, broccoli cheddar, maple and pecan. All very good. They do sandwiches with the sausages on location with outdoor seating in the summer. Boar, lamb, bison, deer, duck, beef, pork, turkey, goat, chicken…, A variety of fancy mustards and other condiments for sale as well. A bit pricy, but that’s expected with these kinds of sausage.
