Really decent selection of quality cuts here, they age their beef.
The girl working there doesn’t have a clue if you ask for anything fancier than chicken breasts or hamburger (believe she’s the owner’s daughter), but if you avoid her you’re golden. I get my beef ribs for braising and soups here.
