What makes «Call A Husband» different from the rest?

The «Call A Husband» system involves providing our customers with quality authorized contractors at a fair price regardless of the type of service. We use a centralized 24 hour Call Centre, therefore we are able to provide customers with a fast response time. We take on all jobs that do not require or may require a license or permit, therefore, allowing us to do small job or major renovation. Our typical service call may range from 1 to 4 hours to many weeks.

Business Owner

y name is Garry Shearer, I’ve been working with Call A Husband since February 2004. I have been doing small and large renovations while fielding many handyman service calls along the way. It has been my pleasure to support customers from Toronto out to Cobourg and up north as far as Halliburton.

One of the greatest pleasures while working with Call A Husband have been doing the variety of jobs required while meeting and helping customers of all ages. My attention to details come for a background as a graduate in Graphic arts, working my way through college I carried multiple jobs, working in maintenance at Whitby General Hospital, and Computer Lab co-​ordinator at Durham college. I graduated my three year college degree in 1984 and was hired right out of college at North American Van Lines as their Graphic designer/​co-​ordinator supporting offices all across Canada. I continued working as a Graphic design for seven year in and around the Toronto area until I decided I needed a change
