Trailside Bar & Grill

Trailside is a bar/​restaurant in Ridgeway that my parents are fans of so when we go there to see them we normally end up eating at Trailside and I can’t seem to figure out what they see in the place.
The Food
The food here is good but nothing special. I normally get either a burger or chicken fingers. My food has always been fresh and their serving sizes are big enough. My dad always says the wings are good but I’m not much of a wings guy so I take his word for it.
The Service
It is the service that has surprised me the most. It is very hit or miss. Once or twice we have had a great waitress and every other time there have been issues. It is not uncommon for a part of an order to be forgotten. WE had to ask 4 times last night for mayonnaise and twice for a bucket to through wing bones in. We have also been given the wrong food before as well. this mainly happens with getting the wrong wings (my father always gets wings).
If you plan on going to Trailside Bar & Grill the food is good but you are gambling on the service.
