Now that Walmart has expanded, this is not the only decent grocery store in Fort Erie. Sobeys still has a good deli, good non-​standard food, and good produce.
However, if you want basics, Walmart is cheaper.

Chagrin Falls, OH
This is the only really decent grocery in Ft. Erie. If you cross the border and need some groceries, go here first. Take the first exit after the Peace Bridge at Thompson Road and turn left at the light. It’s about a quarter mile down on the left. They have excellent baguette– the produce is ok and the selection isn’t all that bad. For the area, I give it four stars.
