There are some issues that should be addressed soon. One is cleanliness. The kitchen is visible from most tables and you can see how dirty it is. I’m also concerned about the cleanliness of the workers, including the owner, who do not wear gloves when handling the food. The owner was scooping pancakes into a hot dish on the buffet with his fingers. Minutes before he was handling the telephone and touching his hair. The ladies going in and out of the kitchen don’t have hairnets. The décor is cheap stuff all gathered from ikea. The waitresses needed to be flagged down and called for basic requests but they should be checking on the clients more regularly. If the staff or management reads this, please make a better effort. Visit other successful restaurants and take notes.

I was taken out here after church one Sunday by some friends. There’s a breakfast/brunch buffet on Sundays, with a lot of the usual suspects(eggs, bacon, sausage, etc.) What surprised me was the eggs Benedict. I don’t think I’ve ever seen those served in a buffet before. The service was extremely friendly. I get the impression that they like their work, or their clientele, or something. Definitely a cut above the usual standard. I also liked the décor. It took me a few minutes to clue into the fact that all the oversized photos were of(duh!) bridges around the world, in reference to the name.(I’m pretty sure that this place is the closest that you can get food to the Peace Bridge.)
