This place has since CLOSED DOWN with no warning or refund offered either as I did have quite a few credits still on my account. I tried several times to find a way to get my money refunded but after getting the run around I have since given up.
I found out after going to tan one day and seeing a sign posted stating the contents of the space would be held until payment of overdue rent is paid. I remember the salon was closed for 1 – 2 months they said for renovations but when time was up I returned but … Poof they were gone!
As I said I tried calling them and to my surprise they did answer but only to give me a barrage of excuses and requests to «call back later» which I eventually grew tired of doing
Luckily I don’t think I had that many credits there so I’ve simply cut my loses but no doubt this experience and inconvenience has made me even more weary with tanning salons
