Stuart Weitzman

I *love* shoes, especially Stuart Weitzman shoes. They’re a lot more practical than Loubis and keep in mind that people actually have to use shoes to walk in.
So it is pretty exciting that SW has its own store. However, I must say that this location is almost always empty. So it is a bit intimidating to walk into when sales staff outnumber customers. Another thing that I was a bit disappointed about was that if this store doesn’t carry a particular colour that’s available elsewhere (e.g. Browns), the boutique can’t even order it in… so is there even a point to a stand alone store?
I’d say the median price for a pair of shoes here are ~$ 500. Prices on the sale rack were ~$ 250. I realise that that’s 50% off, but I think they can do better than that! ;)
Salesgirl that did help me was unpretentious though, so that was good!
