FYI this is not a Sears store. This is a Sears outlet for those who are looking to save BIG on the necessities. As far as clothes and good except for electronics and appliances there are more generic brands as well as the usual store brand. I came here because I was desperate for a jacket to handle the frozen tundra commonly known as Toronto. A jacket originally priced for $ 100CAD I purchased for $ 28CAD including tax. This place is basically a treasure hunt for the serious bargain hunter. Also if you are looking for help in terms of customer service you may be on your own because it is a hit or miss.

The Sears Parts Service, is one of the worse places you can visit. I had the worse experience as a customer and I strongly advice anyone who needs a part, to please find yourself a different store. I have never come across a business that has this ludicrous refund policy. Once you purchase their product, you cannot return it, even if the product is defected. Its ridiculous. They are extremely disorganized, they don’t care about your problems or any concerns you may have. It is a waste of time and money to visit this place. Awful experience!

I love this place, you never know what exactly you will end up finding and bringing home. I was looking for a new bed, and remembered about this Sears Outlet when I was in the area, I found a $ 3000 bed for $ 299! Now that is an amazing deal! Brand new never opened bed! There is amazing deals on top appliances too! Just be prepared to bring home more then you wanted!

If I could channel all of my negative consumer experiences into one terrible review, I would unleash it on Sears Parts Service. Honestly, this was one of the worst experiences of my life. I needed a part for my Kenmore water heater, and not one repairman would touch it. Sears parts cataloguing system is so convoluted, you are forced to go through their atrocious parts phone service. EVERY phone number takes you to the Philippines where people simply do not care. Want a tracking #? Forget it. Even though items are sent UPS, they cannot give you tracking numbers. Want to call the parts depot(in Etobicoke) directly? They will not give you the phone #, and it isn’t listed. Without exaggeration, I think I spent 3 or 4 hours on the phone with these people. Awful experience. Do not buy Kenmore!

I go to this sears frequently and sometimes on daily basis. It is steps away from my home and it carries good brands with tremendous discounts. For an outlet the store is fairly clean and organized and you can find your way around easily. What I like about the store are the regular dedicated customers who frequent the store almost on daily basis and who almost know each other’s and exchange ideas about the special products offered that day or the day before, and also compare notes about the staff. The majority of the staff is wonderful, Nawal is very pleasant and always smiling, Anna is very helpful and always makes you feel at home and welcomed, another staff lady(I forgot her name) who is also very nice and helpful. But there is also those two mean staff who will not answer questions let alone help, and those you should avoid. For everything else, this Sears offers a wonderful and friendly shopping experience.

Occasionally, you can find good steals over here. A lot of their stuff is for size L &XL but if your lucky, come on a weekday or comb through the racks nicely, you can find some good attire in Men’s Small & Medium, especially for dress shirts and sweaters. The other day, I picked up a Nike Sweater for $ 20, Dockers crew neck for $ 10 and some other bargains. However, it really is just hit and miss. However, their selection for pants is really horrible, their staff is nonchalant, their environment is tired. All sales are final. No Mastercard. Last time I went, the cashier forgot to take off the security thing off one of my sweaters and I didn’t notice till I took it home.

Went in here for parts ~ what a tired dump. Store felt dirty, staff were miserable with a ‘take a number’ attitude. If you need to get a part for something, fine, but otherwise, don’t bother.

Wowsers. Going here is a wayback throwback to the 1980s for me(they still have a section of the store dedicated to «catalogue shopping», and a very decrepit looking hot dog stand out front. Wow.). I came hunting for a pair of cowboy boots and this place answered the call. If you are looking for something so out of date it’s in style again, this place is it. Otherwise the store seems a bit understaffed and because it is an outlet not so much attention is paid to ambience(it’s not unlike a factory stuffed with lots of racks and merchandise) Also, bargains abound here.

It’s an outlet store. I’ve got a hot pair of shoes here once, have gone back a few times but no luck in another pair. Its so crowded with stuff hoarders would be proud. I bet if I had the energy I could find a few«work» pants for cheap. They also sell appliances for cheap.
