Schuey’s Bar & Grill

Schuey’s is probably one of the more hidden places to grab some grub.
From the outside, this place doesn’t even look like it’s opened. Judging this book by its cover, you would have thought your buddy was taking you to a run down strip club. However, as soon as you walk in, you’ll notice this place looks like the ideal man cave. With a sweet bar and sports memorabilia posted all along the walls with TVs everywhere. I really liked how the inside felt like I was at my buddy’s place, ready to watch the game.
Came here on a Wednesday, where they have $ 5 for a pound of wings (w/​drink purchase). The wings themselves were damn good. They were the giant wings that actually came crunchy and tossed perfectly with the sauce. A pound of these wings come about 7 – 8 wings to an order so ordering two might be necessary for fatasses like myself.
Not the greatest place in the world. Service was alright. Place isn’t the cleanest, but something about makes me want to come back. It definitely looks to be the kind of place you go with your buddies or if you’re in a bike gang.

Sweet little dive bar located off of Martin Grove right neat the airport. The old signage and exterior décor might have you mistaken it for a airport stripclub or live music venue. That, it is not. Through and through this is a classic sportsbar meets divebar.
It’s the type of cheap and cheerful location you and your buddies will hit up for a pint of Coors Light or Molson Canadian after a hockey game and grab chicken wings until you’re ready to puke.
Nothing over the top special, nothing bad, just a genuine old reliable bar. The Patio is nice but be warned that the overhead planes are frequent so just plan on drinking or smoking out there.

Great dive bar for lunch if you are in the area. The staff is accommodating if you want to change up your choices a bit. I got the chicken sandwich and it was great. It’s a little dead for lunch, which is probably because of the decorah. This is a true 80s rock bar.
