HORRIBLE!!! I really needed a facial, and called to see if anyone was able to do it for me. Apparently they have only one person in the salon who can do facials and nobody else knows how to do it, and the only person who knew how to do it was off that day. The receptionist said she will call her and ask if she can come in for me, and that she would call back soon. She never called me back. I called back over FIVETIMES to see what was going on, and they didnt pick up my calls. The same thing just happened to me right now as I called asking if I could come in at 5 o’clock for an eyebrow waxing. They close at 8 o’clock, so I believed that would be a good time. She said she’s leaving at 5 and wouldnt wait a few minutes for me to arrive and quickly do my eyebrows. She also said nobody else in the salon knows how to wax eyebrows. I know of people who live in that area who have gone there for a haircut and have been so dissapointed that theyve never gone back. Youve been open for over a year!!! Why dont you start TRAININGYOUREMPLOYEESSOYOUDONTLOSECUSTOMERS. I’m not sure if you know this, but CUSTOMERS= BUSINESS=MONEY. You would think that a business owner would know this by now. Dont ever come here, trust me.

sorry, but i have a different experience with this place. not the best place(location) in the world, but fear price, and high quality trained personal. i try all services :-) manicure, pedicure and wax. and didn’t get any problems or hard pain, no bleeding :-)(maybe overwrites need some dermatologic help:-) and its psy factor) and also i really happy customer. but please owners give for us girls some discount if we take more then two services such as man.ped. + 3rd for 20%off . my sister happy too. Thank you
