Quality Inn Toronto Airport

I ended up getting this hotel on an overnight stay using Expedia’s «Unpublished rates.» It was one of the only ones I have ever gotten and not liked.
+ Hotel was relatively clean
— Hotel room was small
— Staff seemed unfriendly at check in, despite no lines & prior reservation
— No late checkout, when politely requested
— Had to call housekeeping for a usual request, told we could not be accommodated because kitchen was closed (needed a piece of cutlery!)
— Advertised as airport hotel, although was a fairly far way from airport. Inconvenient location
+ Hotel itself was safe, and in safe area. No problems upon checkout.
Rating would be 2.5, but I’ll round it to a 3, as it wasn’t too bad, but I wouldn’t stay again.
