Incredibly rude staff. Its small and cramped and convenient for those that live in the neighbourhood. You walk in and staff look miserable and/​or preoccupied socializing. They are too busy to scan your goodlife keys upon entry. Even the experience with the goodlife group fitness instructor was a negative experience. As a teacher and instructor you are supposed to encourage your class members and not discourage them by singling them out, embarrassing them and speaking patronizing to your clients. Everyone has different skills sets. It’s not for the instructor to say that he/​or she cannot do a particular skill set.
