History:

Based in Toronto, Ontario, Celtic Bikes & Scooters was founded in 2008 after an extensive market research study on the viability of the industry. In 2006 electric bikes and scooters were approved to ride on the roads for a three year trial period by the Government of Ontario. In Europe the concept had already caught on. This trial period ended successfully in 2009 and final approval was granted to legally allow e-​bikes on Ontario roads. With a strong emphasis on Service & Support, Celtic Bikes business has grown each year.
