A TOTAL RIP OFF ARTIST !
He cashed my cheques after I told him my dog «SUDDENLY» fell ill. I couldn’t bring him in to be trained. I provided a VETERNARIAN letter.
Carmen assured me he wouldn’t cash my cheques that he would mail them back to me. I «trusted» him and the business. I signed up for basic obedience private group — I now am out over $ 500.00 !
He refuses to take my calls or return my money :(
DO NOT DEAL WITH !!!
