Great location, great food. This weekend was the 2nd annual Esquimalt Ribfest. Sadly, I could only take in one day so we opted fro Sunday afternoon. I only managed to eat at 3 of the 5BBQ pits but my favorite of the 5 was by far Prairie Smoke and Spice(which took 1st place this weekend). Their sauce was sweet(like plum sauce) with a good spicey kick, perfect for my taste. Live music all weekend including Powder Blues Band, local microbrews(yeah Hoyne!)) in the beer garden($ 6). Prices were ok, not great but the portion sizes were good. Half racks were $ 14, third rack were $ 9 and sides were $ 2 Cant wait for next years Ribfest!
