House cleaning, maid services, organizing and residential home cleaning. The House Whisperer has a mature, well-​trained, and friendly staff. We serve Fall River, Elmsdale, Enfield, Lantz, Bedford, Dartmouth, other parts of East Hants, Nova Scotia, and HRM. We do regular weekly and bi-​weekly cleaning visits, as well as one-​time moving cleaning, spring cleaning, post renovation clean-​ups or other cleaning needs. We also can help with home organizing and de-​cluttering of homes, offices, basements, and more.

History

Established in 2005.

The House Whisperer began as an idea in Elmsdale and Enfield Nova Scotia while Louise Downs was pregnant with her second child and needing cleaning help. Finding no help available in the region, once her child was born she started the House Whisperer to provide more than just cleaning services, but also organizing and other services — the kind of services she wanted herself. The House Whisperer has been featured in several national magazines including the Walmart Live Better Magazine and others.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Prior to founding the House Whisperer Home Cleaning and Organizing Services, Louise was a certified dental assistant. Her experience in meticulous preparation and attention to detail required for that job were a natural compliment to her cleaning training. Louise currently manages the House Whisperer scheduling and is the friendly voice on the phone to hundreds of clients.
