Horrible. Denies everything for stupid reasons. Stay away.

Literally every claim is denied. They need to see a doctors note and receipt for every submission, even if a doctors note from a previous service still applies(a one year note). I had one submission rejected that said the note must be within six months, and because I had a one year note, it didn’t qualify(even though it was within the one year period). And, if it’s a spouse’s claim, they also require proof of the other claim from his/her insurance provider. Here’s the kicker: you can only upload one document per submission, so when they need three, you have to mail in the hard copies. On top of that, they don’t offer short term disability. I don’t know how they’re still in business — actually, I do – they take your benefit contributions and don’t actually pay for anything! I’ve had other providers in the past — Sunlife, Great West Life — and have never had these problems.
