Cafe Lotus Bleu

If you ever stop in the little town of Edmunston, try to check out the Café Lotus Bleu. Cute little organic shop with smart & friendly staff that specializes in vegetarian fare such as soy chicken burgers, falafels (crispy on the outside, smooth on the inside), and desserts including chocolate hazelnut croissants and the best date squares I’ve ever had in my life. The shops sell out of the falafels on a regular basis.
Drinks include blood orange iced tea (no sugar added), homemade lemonade, and from-​scratch hot chocolate (made with their own cocoa). T
Tip #1: The date squares are only available on Tues/​Thurs.
