Yogen Fruz

I will start by saying I LOVE frozen yogurt, and have been extremely impressed with Yogen Fruz in the past. However, I do not have one good thing to say about this establishment.
I feel that because this is inside a Cineplex they need to jack up the prices. So I was appalled to be paying over $ 1 more per serving for the exact same product as at other Yogen Fruz Edmonton locations. On multiple occasions I was assisted by young adults (they looked 12) with hair over their eyes (didn’t instill confidence with me that it wouldn’t get in my frozen yogurt) and they all mumbled so I needed to clarify every word that tried to come out of their mouths. Once a worker picked the wrong yogurt out of the freezer, which I only would have known because I have had their product in the past and I was paying attention (I order the fat free sugar free one that is wrapped in green not blue). Another time I asked for blueberry and wasn’t paying attention when it was made and got raspberry (they remade it after arguing with me). Unfortunately, I have also been given the wrong change in the past.
I really dislike giving a bad review but in this circumstance I have nothing good to say and have been here a number of occasions. It is too bad there aren’t any other healthy options at the movie theatre; otherwise I would not continue to support this location.

5 Stars because it’s located inside the movie theatre! That’s right… that’s what I said! You can now get Yogen Fruz inside the movie theatre! Instead of $ 7 overpriced popcorn… I can now get $ 7 overpriced frozen yogurt! But it’s totally worth it!
I can sneak in candy or a bottle of water… but have you ever tried to sneak frozen yogurt into the movie theatre in your purse or pants pockets? I didn’t think so!
I love Yogen Fruz and have given a 4 star rating at the locations inside our local malls… but I’ll bump them up to 5 stars for being available in the movie theatre! Everything costs more in a movie theatre… so I won’t knock them too bad for being a wee bit on the pricey side!
Yogen Fruz is awesome because you get to customize your frozen yogurt treat the way you want it! With fresh frozen blended fruit in full fat, low fat, or non-​fat yogurt of your choice!
Mmm… I want some right now!
