Vapour Choice

I finally decided to upgrade from my cruddy old Kamry e-pipe…and here I was at Vapour-​Choice. I had done a fair bit of online research so I had a base idea of pricing and of my specific wants before coming in an attempt to not be a complete Noob/​PIA. I walked in and had a quick scan of the offerings and was tactfully approached by Dave who was welcoming and very knowledgeable. After explaining my desired experience he suggested a more appropriate mod for my personal needs with sound technical reasoning backing his suggestions.
After selecting my gear consisting of a couple Uwell Crown tanks, a Joytech Cuboid and some batteries, we went to the long wall worth of liquids. I ran my tastes and wants past Dave and we found 7 (after testing a couple dozen) very appealing liquids. Next was the assembly and operation of my selected tanks and mod box. Again, he was very thorough and concise. Dave really knows his stuff, call me impressed.
I easily spent a good 2+ hours with Dave and at no time did I feel rushed or that I was a ‘burden’ to his day, and at no point did he try to upsell or oversell; an extremely professional and accommodating fellow. Prices were very competitive and plenty of sale items on offer too. Given how much $$ I dropped, Dave shaved off the tax for me. Very cool!
My wife and I also own and operate a business and understand very well the importance of excellent customer service and Dave at Vapour-​Choice was above top notch. This will be my store. Do yourself a favour and check this place out, highly recommended ! !

I found the staff her very friendly and knowledgeable. They spent a lot time showing me the different units and explaining the different features without pushing me to the expensive ones. After I chose a unit they set it up for me explained what they were doing and what is needed to do to use it. They then help me sample e juices. There was a huge selection to try making it hard to chose. I will be going back for all of my future purchases.

With so many new vapour stores around I will never change Vapour Choice for anything, even thro they are far away from me then other stores. Selections, service, nice people you have it all there. And so manny new tanks, batteries, juices each week, it’s like you come and get a new toy each time :) Holidays — gifts, free stuff, yay!! Best store ever!

I always leave here with more knowledge. Everyone here is great! There’s so many vape shops around me but I will always make the drive here.

Awesome shopping experience. Everyone is knowledgable and very helpful. The atmosphere is relaxed. David assisted me with my purchase and bend over backwards to make sure I was happy. This is Edmonton’s best vape shop!

Today I went in search of something specific in a juice, my normal store is Vape Horizon, however the guy behind the counter there did a number of things i was unsatisfied with, A) he tried telling me that I was wrong (dspite much research into the topic) and that VG juice carries flavour better than PG juice, which is incorrect (research for yourself) and B) he spent about 10 minutes fussing with his phone because it wouldnt wirelessly connect to the battery charger behind the counter, ignoring my problem while doing so, when he could have just checked the lights on the charger itself to see the battery level. and C) they only carry ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ at maximum for PG juices and I wanted a higher content for throat feel, flavour, less obnoxious clouds, and extended coil life.
So, I said good day and went in search of Vapour Choice, and when I arrived they were everything I was looking for, they carry higher PG content juices, have a wider variety of the flavours I was seeking, and didnt try to feed me misinformation about the nature of the product I was specifically looking for, I highly recommend Vapour Choice. it was a bit tough to find because they are on 100 ave and there are 2 100 aves (100 and 100a) but after coming home and noting this online they were easy to find. Do visit them!

Not sure what the other person is talking about — I’ve never had issues with the staff. Actually, that’s the main reason I go to this shop. It’s more out of my way then a couple others, but I go back to this one because the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the pricing is fair.

I’m giving the store 3 stars mostly because of the staff. They don’t seem very knowledgeable about a lot of the products they sell. But prices seem to okay for a brick and mortar store. This is another vape shop that I don’t like the e-​juice at. I don’t think that they are out to rip anyone off but they might sell you something you don’t or need if you don’t do your own research before going.
