I have had a terrible experience with this company. A representative came to my home. I told them the only way I could do their service is if they can do Saturday only services because I have a dayhome. He assured me they could. As part of doing a contract and paying in full, you get a discount. However, the guy couldn’t get through to anyone to take my payment, so the discount wasn’t applied to the account. I then called the company to get the charges corrected. Then I got a call about a week later from their corporate offices telling me they didn’t do Saturday services, so I cancelled the contract. Then a few days later I got a call from the local office telling me they did do Saturday services and they re-activated my contract. Then today, about a week since the last call, I got a call from the local branch manager telling me they didn’t do Saturday services. This company has no idea what they are doing. There is no way I would use their services or recommend their service to anyone. Very unreliable and unprofessional.

Do not like the fact that they will just assume you want to continue with their services year after year. They say they have an automatic renewal, and you are required to cancel if you do not want to continue.

Untrustworthy service. Called me twice to appoint for my last prepaid lawn fertilizer and I both times said to save it for the next summer as my lawn was already died and it’s snowing in November. They still came to fertilize when I was not home even though they agreed to save it for the next summer over the phone twice. Never Trugreen again and I don’t recommend this company for anyone. If possible I would give less than 0 star.
