Been coming to this location for a long time. The place is clean but the parking lot is annoying to get in and out of. And the service seems to be constantly going down hill. They’re 100% about speed and not at all about helping a customer.

Poor customer service — no welcoming greeting. Very abrupt and no kindness from staff. Not like the Tims I used to know. Staff are incompetent and don’t have customer service skills.

I have the same order when I go to a Hortons. I have ordered hundreds of coffees from Hortons all over Canada. Most of us have, let’s be real. However rarely am I met with even the lowest of acceptable service at this location. I get that working at 6 am sucks, because I am on my way to work also. BUT! It’s not cool to just dismiss someone/deliberately not put their order in/get it wrong etc. After talking with several coworkers about this who also stop here in the hope of saving time on the way to work they find the same issues with one employee in particular. We know her by name infact it’s gotten to that level of comedic value for how poorly our order is screwed up or put together. Cheer up. You can’t get around having to work, so try and make together he best of it. Of course if your coping strategy is no egg or bacon instead of sausage on a breakfast sandwhich… Then my hat is off to you, you get me every time. Fooled me twice.
