Well I was ecstatic when I received a letter from the manager to come and check out the new store! Finally Edmonton has a Tiffany’s that is larger than a counter in your kitchen! While this isn’t the largest Tiffany’s I’ve been to (SF, NYC) it is something better than what we had before. The staff are delightful, which I think adds to the atmosphere of the store. Without them it would just be another jewellery store with inflated prices. But it’s not, it’s Tiffany’s with timeless classics and the highest quality of everything. Stop in, if not only for a browse. I’m sure the staff will let you play in the jewellery, just ask to try a piece on!

What woman doesn’t love Tiffany’s? The jewelry itself is always gorgeous; pricey, but gorgeous. My mother and I went in yesterday as it is my mothers Best friends 50^th birthday and she wanted to get her a special gift. When we walked in everyone was very welcoming. We walked around the front cases and 1 of the women working was very engaging, complimenting my moms shoes and nails. My mom went in with a price range in mind and told the woman she was looking for something around the $ 150 – 200 range. As soon as we said we had a budget the same woman could not have been less interested in us. She helped us, but her attitude was horrid. Very snippy and just wanted to get it over with. I don’t know if they work on commission or not, but that was still unacceptable either way. Sorry we didn’t come in to spend $ 4000+ …Just not impressed at all. The necklace we ended up with was gorgeous of course, but the customer service left something to be desired for sure.

When you think Tiffany and Co, doesn’t the words classic and timeless come to mind?
Immortalized to many by the famous Audrey Hepburn, the iconic pieces of Tiffany and Co would most likely be their classic setting engagement rings and the key pendants.
When we had discovered Tiffany would be opening at West Edmonton mall earlier in the year while visiting the Calgary location, I couldn’t help but get misty eyed thinking about how special it would be to dress up a little nicer and casually browse the collection like Audrey’s character.
We finally had a chance to begin a tradition of visiting Tiffany’s once a year to look at their collections and to have our own Tiffany rings cleaned.
When inquiring about our rings to be cleaned (I had initially stated our rings were purchased from Tiffany’s) the salesperson quickly looked at my ring and responded curtly that Tiffany’s does not clean Louis Vuitton rings. Now, I’m not sure if it’s because I had my wallet on the counter but I have no idea why they would say that and in a cold manner. What’s even more strange was the ring is from the Atlus line which the sales team should be fully aware of. You wouldn’t expect a BMW salesman to decline to service your car stating they don’t service Mercedes when you bring in a BMW 3 series.
Needless to say, once they realized both rings were from Tiffany’s, they could not provide an approximate time to pick up our rings other than «in a few hours». I was even more surprised that after a few hours of walking around the mall, they did not call to request us to pick up our rings.
The highlight, however, was upon returning to Tiffany’s we had a completely different experience with a different salesperson; they were cheerful, friendly and nice. When asked where I would pay the cleaning services, they simply said it was complimentary this time.

As someone who patronized the Tiffany counter at Holt, I’ve had a great experience at their West Ed location as well.
I arrived on one particular Satuday right as they opened. It was a little strange because I think anywhere between three to four staff members (as well as the doorman) gave me the «Welcome to Tiffany» greeting, but really, it has always been prompt service and excellent attention to detail.
I ordered something as a gift. It had to come from NYC. They said 5 – 7 business days and it arrived in 3.
Sure, maybe it’s a bit overpriced for what it is, but it’s a fun splurge; I’m glad we have a more permanent location in Edmonton.

The store is beautiful and what one might expect from Tiffany’s. The customer service was a little sub par. I’m a reasonable consumer so I would like to think this is because I came in at an incredibly busy time but there was certainly room for improvement. All in all a satisfactory experience though.

As a frequent and loyal customer of Tiffany’s, I was delighted when I found out that there would be a store opening in Edmonton. On the day of the grand opening I grabbed my husband to head over to the mall after dinner to check it out. The store was absolutely mobbed, similar to the crowds at Victoria’s Secret, Coach and Bath and Body Works when they first opened in WEM. I am not able to comment on the customer service at this store compared to other locations (it was much too busy to even consider purchasing anything), but if/​when I buy anything in the future I will update my review.
The store itself is beautifully designed, not overly large, but big enough to carry a good selection of pieces. There were a number of items from every main collection Tiffany currently offers, including an excellent selection of Tiffany keys. I also noticed that the engagement ring case was well stocked (including a four carat stunner front and center), but I wasn’t able to look too closely, as this was the busiest part of the store. The back of the store houses a full display of sunglasses, and there were men’s items (cufflinks, etc.), a few small leather goods, and a case of home accessories. When we inquired, the store also offers cleaning services, although they did ask us to return when they are less busy. Overall, I’m very impressed with the selection at the Edmonton location, and looking forward to browsing (and shopping) on a less busy day.

The selection is minimal, though there’s something at various price levels. Not too impressed by their prices and inability to customize since they’re mass produced items, but that’s to be expected. Nothing except wedding bands in platinum; what a shame.
